About Me

Welcome! I am a CCTP-II certified Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor dedicated to fostering systemic transformation and empowering individuals in their journey towards healing and Self-leadership. With training in Internal Family Systems (IFS) and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), and Somatic Therapy, my primary focus is on helping individuals heal from PTSD and complex traumas. I also specialize in supporting individuals on their path to recovery from substance and process addictions, among other no-longer-working coping adaptations.

I have the privilege of collaborating with experts in the field and currently serve as a developer and facilitator for the eating disorders track at Harmony Place Monterey. Additionally, I specialize in addressing moderate to severe mental health challenges including dissociative disorders, sex and love addiction, and bipolar spectrum disorders.

My therapeutic approach is rooted in developmental psychology, utilizing an attachment and systems perspective. I work collaboratively with individuals, couples, and families to create a safe and supportive environment for healing and growth.
